DCD # 149: Penguin Awareness Card
Happy Diva Tuesday. We have such a cute challenge today in honor of Penguin Awareness Week. Who doesn't like penguins! Oh so adorable. To celebrate Penguin Awareness Week, this weeks challenge over at Die Cuttin' Divas is to create a project with a Penguin on it.
For my project, I used a cute little girly penguin from PPBN called Happy Pink Penguin.

This Week's Challenge...
~Something Old, Something New Challenge ~
Make something using something old and something new! If you did't get any crafty goodies for Christmas, use something you haven't used in 6 months! And remember to include a die cut.
For my project, I chose to use an image by our sponsor Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons called Minions Cutting Files. I highly recommend you checking out Lisa's designs. Oh so cute!
For my something "Old" I used some old patterned paper from the Monsters & Robots paper stack by Recollections. My something "Old" is also my Jaded Blossoms Monster Mash set for the inside sentiment. My something "New" is my Minion by Pretty Paper Graphics.

So I got a Cameo for Christmas and it has been a steep learning curve for me. I am slowly getting some of it with the help of You Tube videos and a lot of help from Design Team members! That's the great thing about the crafting community, people are so helpful.
For my card today, I chose to use an Easel Card from My Scrap Chick Easel Card Assortment and the cute little bear was from Paper Piecings by Nikki called Birthday Bear.
