 So for my project, I made a New Years card using my Teddy Bear Parade & Wild Card cartridges.

 I used some left over scraps to make the card base and all mats.  The patterned paper is from a Recollections Stack called  Peppermint Twist.

My project was made using the Sweethearts Cricut Cartridge.  I love the set of Champagne glasses on this cartridge.  I also used Birthday Bash for the font.

 I used yellow bling to give the glasses that bubbly effect!  I also added some Red glitter glue to the ribbon and also the lettering.  So sparkly.....
