Cupid Sketch Challenge and an announcement

Good Morning.  I have exciting news today! I have been chosen to be part of the Die Cuttin' Diva's DT!

This week challenge #101 at Die Cuttin' Divas is a sketch prepared for us by the wonderful Georgiana.

This week our Guest Diva is Tanya from Nonna's Craft Corner and Heather from Princess' Paper Projects .

For my project, I chose to do a simple Valentine's Day card focusing on the colors black, white and red.  I love this color combo!

I added some Red Studio G glitter glue to the heart to make it stand out.

Ursula's Big Heart and BIG news!!!

Happy Monday! Today I have some exciting news to share with you!  I have been chosen as part of the Craft Your Passion DT!!!!!! I am so excited about this DT and have the opportunity to craft with an amazing bunch of ladies.

Today is my first challenge with this DT!  Our challenge this Monday is Challenge #148 Pastels, NO dark colors.
This week, Jacqui, the owner of The Digi Garden (this weeks sponsor) has passed away very suddenly. I would like to take this time to send my condolences along with prayers to her family as they go through this difficult time.

As mentioned, our sponsor this week is The Digi Garden.  I chose to work with Ursula's Big Heart image.  And here is my card!

 For my card I used my Prismacolors to color Ursula.  I added some Icicle Stickles to the heart to make it stand out slightly.

 I also added some Glitter glue to the flowers and gave the centers some bling.

The 14 Days of Valentine's #12: Lego Ninjago

Happy Superbowl Sunday!  I realized today that I still needed to make a few cards for this series so during the half time show I designed this through Cricut Craft Room.  I used George & Basic Shapes for the image.
My son loves Lego Ninjago so this one is for him.....

Our family always makes Valentine's for each other!  My son is obsessed with Angry Birds, along with every other child out there.  So for his Valentine's this year, I made him an Red Angry Bird one.  I got the measurements for the Angry Bird from Pajama Crafter and it can be found here.  I used George & Basic Shapes for the Red Angry Birds and Elegant Edges for the card.

Another day, another kid Valentine.  Only 4 left to go in this series.   I love today's Valentine.  I found this cute little patterned paper with frogs in it and of course, matched a cute little frog in front.  Here he/she is!

Today's kid valentine is perfect for those little boys in your life that LOVE dinosaurs! I used Elegant Edges for the card itself and Create a Critter for the dinosaur.
