Paper Playtime Challenge #14: Tags!

Today our theme at Paper Playtime is Tags!  Perfect for  "Christmas in July", a birthday party of Just Because!  Our sponsor this week is Mary at Cardz TV Stamps and she is giving the winner 1 set of stamps.  (Must have a USA address)
Our challenge begins today, Monday, July 8th and ends on Sunday, July 21st.
My daughter Aslynn's turns 3 on July 24th and wants to have a Princess Party.  She loves the Princesses but by far, Cinderella is her favorite.  I have been busy making castles, invitations and cupcake toppers but this tag will by on her present.  I made it by using my new Happily Ever After Cricut Cartridge.
 All cuts are from this cartridge including the tag itself.
I used some Glitter cardstock from Michaels and the sentiment is by Hero Arts!

Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge #120: Sketch Challenge

It's Tuesday and today we have a great challenge over at Die Cuttin' Divas for you all to try out.  It is a sketch challenge and we are eager to see what you do with it!
For my card, I used my Go Canada Cricut cartridge and made a Canada Day card.  Yesterday was Canada Day in Canada so Happy Canada Day to all of my Canadian crafting friends!!!

Craft Your Passion #169: Red, White and Blue

Happy Monday and Happy Canada Day!  I am Canadian and I LOVE THIS AMAZING Country we live in.
Today at Craft Your Passion our theme is Red, White and Blue.  Our Sponsor is Just Some Lines for this challenge and they gave the Design Team some cute images to work with.
I chose to use the image Big Hat Girl 1.
Here is my Thank You Card.
 For my sketch I used this weeks CAS(E) this Sketch #34.
I colored the image using my Prismacoloring pencils and added some mulberry flowers using the themed colors.

Cut It Up Challenge #22: New Nations

Happy Friday...doesn't that have a beautiful ring to it.  Today we have a new challenge over at Cut It Up Challenges.

Today our challenge is called New Nations. Since Canada Day is July 1st and Independence Day is July 4th, create something that celebrates either of these Countries, but remember to use a die cut somewhere on your project.
This challenge starts today, June 28th and ends July 10th at Noon EST.
Since I am Canadian (The only Canadian on the Design Team) I used my Go Canada Cartridge.  I chose to use images that are very symbolic to Canada.....forgot the Tim Horton's cup though....!

Die Cuttin' Divas #121: Birthday with 3 embellies

We have a fabulous challenge for you today at Die Cuttin' Divas.  Today our challenge is to create a birthday card but include 3 embellishments. That means either the same type of three different ones.  You could use ribbon, buttons, pearls, brads, flowers, skittles, etc...
For my project, I made a birthday card for a fellow music teacher friend who's birthday is tomorrow.  She is an amazing and talented woman and plays the fiddle.
I used Paper Craft Crew sketch #45 as my inspiration & Elegant Edges and A Child's Year for the die cuts.

Craft Your Passion Challenge #168: In the Garden

Today at Craft Your passion we have a great "Summery" theme.  Our theme this week is In The Garden.  You could do a garden themed image or build a garden scene.  Our sponsor this week is Heather Ellis.
For my image, I used Heather Ellis' image Pure Innocence 017. I think this week I am going to make another project with this image as the possibilities are endless.
I used Paper Craft Crew sketch #36 as my sketch and a piece of K & Company paper I had left over from another project.

 I added some Glossy Accents to this little one's boots and all the hearts.

Die Cuttin' Divas #120: Cool

Welcome to another challenge at Die Cuttin' Divas.  Today our Guest Diva is Ashley from Especially Made for You.  Our sponsor this week is cuttingsbugs.com.
Our theme this week is Refreshing Summer Treat.  For my Refreshing Summer Treat, I used my Simply Charmed cartridge and paired it with a cut little Peachy Keen Face. I also added an Action Wobble.
 The sentiments are from My Pink Stamper Winter Punnies stamp set.
 I added a Peachy Keen face from the Everyday Character Face Assortment. I also covered the image and the drip in Glossy Accents.
